The form prompts you to provide basic information such as contact details, and optionally, your  interests and some biographical information.

Once submitted, you will receive two emails.

1. One from me with notes about next steps
2. Another from our Members Only website providing you with a password. Please file it for future use.
3. After your application is approved you will be sent an invoice for $125 prorated monthly from the date of induction.
