The form prompts you to provide basic information such as contact details, your interests and some biographical information. 

The more information you share, the easier it will be for your future RMA colleagues to discover common interests.

Once submitted, you will receive two emails.

  1. One from me with notes about next steps
  2. Another from our Members Only website providing you with a password. Please file it for future use.
  3. After your application is approved you will be sent an invoice for $130 prorated monthly from the date of induction.

2. Enter "Your information." Look for the  button at the bottom of each screen to continue to the next step. 

3. Scroll down to Review your entries. Submit your application by clicking the  button to the lower right.
