Before the meeting begins, a member of this team confirms that the video equipment is set up properly and is in working order. During a meeting that is to be recorded, a team member mans the video equipment to ensure a quality video is being taken.
This is an area where RMA needs a volunteer to be trained and to take over some of the recording!
