The Corresponding Secretary receives all correspondence and, where appropriate, forwards it to the responsible parties. He acknowledge all gifts and contributions received by RMA. Ordinarily, Committee Chairmen handle correspondence pertaining to their respective activities directly.
In accordance with long-standing custom, it is the primary assignment of the Corresponding Secretary to relate some appropriate anecdotes, poetry, jokes and other brief items for the amusement of the Membership.
