Online Digital Operations oversees the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our web presence and digital systems. This includes site editing, enhancing key functions such as online membership applications and event processes, adding new features like the Forum component, and providing user support for issues such as logins and other web access needs. The role also manages platforms and infrastructure including GoDaddy, email accounts, and Google Drive archives, while helping shape overall IT strategy to ensure our digital operations remain effective, secure, and scalable.
