Cancellation Procedures
- Your safety comes first. If it is too hazardous to travel, stay put.
- If you play a critical role in the running of the Meeting and can't join, send an email to info@greenwichrma.org or your team leader.
- The Meeting may switch over to being a Zoom meeting.
Member notification:
- Members will receive an email from comms@greenwichrma.org or other ...@greenwichrma.org address
- News may be broadcast over WGCH or listed on the Greenwich Times website.
Criteria for cancellation:
- The Greenwich Public School System close because of inclement weather
- If the GPS announces a delayed start, the RMA meeting will occur at the scheduled time and place
- Christ Church Greenwich is closed
Notification of media channels:
- The Publicity Chair will notify the media channels
