Corresponding Secretary

The Corresponding Secretary shall receive all correspondence and, where appropriate, forward it to the responsible parties. He shall also acknowledge all gifts and contributions received by RMA. Ordinarily, however, Committee Chairmen will handle correspondence pertaining to their respective activities directly. In accordance with long-standing custom, it is the assignment of the Corresponding Secretary, in addition to reporting on correspondence at the weekly meetings, to relate some appropriate anecdotes, poetry, jokes and other related items of amusement of the Membership.
