Member Service Desk

The Member Service Desk is the focal point for questions from Members and Guests at the weekly Membership Meetings.
The Mentor should check-in with the Member Service Desk host upon arrival.

Guests interested in RMA Membership information should visit the Member Service Desk where they will be
a) given a temporary name badge
b) registered in the candidate pipeline
c) given a Member Application Information Packet
d) introduced to the Mentor so they can be briefed on RMA and the Membership process
e) given the option of being assigned a sponsor If a guest does not know a current RMA member who will sponsor him for membership
f) introduced as a guest during the Membership meeting

Existing Members are able to
a) request a replacement name badge
b) request a replacement parking permit
c) register as a “Returnee” (Snowbird, vacation & Travel)
d) register a significant Wedding Anniversary or other event
e) receive information about Members requesting “Visiting” (a personal visit, phone call      or  e-mail).
